My journey began in Buenos Aires and led me to Porto, bringing with me 15 years of experience in design and major architectural projects. Along the way, I became a published author and illustrator documenting the heritage of the Camino de Santiago—a project that solidified my passion for cultural storytelling and inspired me to specialize in Heritage and Cultural Tourism Management.

Porto gave me more than a place to live and to raise my family; it introduced me to the world of portuguese azulejos. What started as simple fascination evolved into years of immersion into the craft. From this passion, Azuleique Azulejos was born. I have spent countless hours in the studio, mastering the hand-painting techniques of the old masters to ensure this traditional art form continues to thrive.

In this space, I also share this knowledge with other enthusiasts through my workshops. It is a joy to teach others while providing a home for my daughter to grow up nurtured by a multicultural environment and the beauty of the creative process.

In Portugal, the azulejo serves as the visual language of the urban landscape, seamlessly blending art with architecture. By embracing this craft, I have found a way to merge my professional technical expertise with the rich, vibrant heritage of my host country.
